Host rules
- No smoking inside the building.
- No outside catering is permitted.
- Outside desserts are allowed for a fee.
- Outside wine is allowed with a corkage fee.
- Deposit: A non-transferable deposit equal to 50% of the total estimated charges is due at booking.
- Refund Policy: Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date; non-refundable after that.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- 18% gratuity applied to all food & beverage charges.
- 5% administrative fee added to the subtotal.
- 10% DC sales tax applied to taxable items.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
