Features: The venue spans over 2,500 square feet and provides gallery-grade hanging systems and track lighting, freestanding display tables, abundant natural light from large windows, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The space permits its own music or an external DJ and has a step‑free entrance for accessibility.

You agree to allow a representative of our space to be present during the rental period.
Please be courteous to other residents of the building, and no extra loud music.
No removing any of the artwork without prior approval.
This rental is for the gallery space, not the wall space.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
If any of the artwork is damaged during your event, you are responsible for reimbursing the value of the damaged work.
There is a $200 cleaning fee added to your rental.
Max capacity for your event is 100 people.
