Your booking must include your set-up and break-down time.
You agree to allow a representative of our space to be present during the rental period.
Please be courteous to other residents of the building, and no extra loud music.
No removing any of the artwork without prior approval.
If approval is given for the removal of some pieces, the owner of the gallery will remove the artwork ahead of time.
This rental is for the gallery space, not the wall space.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
