Gray Sky Gallery is a modern contemporary art gallery. The place is spacious, with three levels, and very bright. It is filled with unique works of art on the walls, the space is filled with natural light coming through large windows. High ceilings give it space.
The facility offers you two bathrooms and a back room with a kitchen. You can easily customize the space for your event needs, such as parties, meetings, birthdays, or sales.
Prices
The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.

No glitter or confetti can be used.
Must get a banquet license for alcohol if the event is open to the public.
Your booking must include your set-up and break-down time.
You agree to allow a representative of our space to be present during the rental period.
Please be courteous to other residents of the building, and no extra loud music.
No removing any of the artwork without prior approval.
If approval is given for the removal of some pieces, the owner of the gallery will remove the artwork ahead of time.
This rental is for the gallery space, not the wall space.

Established in 2015, Gray Sky Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in Pioneer Square, the Historic Art District of Seattle. The gallery offers the work of a diverse group of talented 2D and 3D Seattle artists working in a variety of mediums such as acrylic, oil, encaustic, resin, mixed media, wood, ceramics, wire, and blown glass.
The bright and inviting gallery is over 2500 square feet with soaring ceilings and operates over three levels. We feature monthly artist spotlights and fresh works from artists throughout the Puget Sound. A favorite gallery among local interior designers, there is something for everyone.
