Merchant's Café, in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of downtown Seattle, was built in 1890 and reestablished in 2011. The Merchant's Café has been in continuous operation even since, making it Seattle's oldest restaurant.
Merchants is dedicated to supplying local wines, spirits, craft beers, ales, lagers and non-alcoholic beverages from the Pacific Northwest. We are committed to using fresh and organic food from local purveyors.
Merchant's Café & Saloon is open 7 days a week.
