Welcome to Seattle Loft 305 (@seattleloft305), a light-filled, minimal contemporary loft located in the heart of SODO. The space offers approximately 1,200 square feet of open, versatile layout, well suited for meetings, workshops, off-sites, and intimate private gatherings.
The studio features large 9-foot north-facing windows that provide consistent, soft natural light throughout the day, paired with 15-foot ceilings that create an airy, open atmosphere ideal for focused work and relaxed collaboration. The clean, modern aesthetic allows the space to adapt easily to a variety of event styles without feeling cluttered or overly themed.
Seattle Loft 305 includes a comfortable lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, and a full bathroom, making it an excellent choice for both half-day and full-day bookings. Whether you’re hosting a team off-site, creative workshop, planning session, or small private event, the space is designed to feel elevated, calm, and flexible.

Prices
Half-Day Booking (up to 4 hours): $650
Ideal for team meetings, workshops, presentations, and small gatherings.
Full-Day Booking (up to 8 hours): $1,100
Best suited for off-sites, multi-session workshops, or events requiring extended setup and flexibility.
Both options include:

Please note:
• Maximum capacity is 30 guests.
• The building elevator is currently out of service; access is via stairs.
• Alcohol, music, and special setup requests must be approved in advance.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the studio or building.
• Alcohol is allowed for private events but must be approved in advance and comply with building and city regulations.
• Open flames are not permitted. Candles are allowed only if fully enclosed. No incense, fireworks, fog machines, or smoke effects.
• Confetti, glitter, paint, liquids, or special effects are not allowed without prior approval. Balloons are permitted but must be fully removed and discarded after use.
• Please treat all furniture, fixtures, and equipment with care. Any damage to the space or contents will result in additional charges.
• Food and beverages are permitted. Please clean up any spills immediately and use coasters in lounge areas to prevent surface damage.
• Furniture may be moved carefully but must be lifted (not dragged) and returned to its original position before departure.
• Noise levels must remain reasonable at all times. The building is not soundproof, and loud music must end by 10:00 PM.
• All guests must follow building rules and respect neighboring tenants.
• Children are allowed but must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for the safety of minors.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and must remain supervised and off furniture.
• Maximum occupancy is 30 guests unless otherwise approved.
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was found at the end of the booking.
