We want to “Bridge”. In 2022, we establish our company “Kakehashi” to realize our dream to make a bright future. Made in America, Made by Japanese, we will build a bridge; to Japanese culture through Japanese cuisine, to Japanese heart through Omotenashi (Hospitality), and to bring togetherness through smiles.
