1. Refundable damage deposit is required before the booking is good, the amount depends.
2. Excess cleaning will be charged, guests are to take out their own garbage home or by their vendors.
3. If the Brazilian cherry hardwood floor was left behind with liquid or deep scratches, the damage will be assessed, etc...
A deposit will be required for all rentals. The amount depends on $750 to $2,500 paid at booking.
A number of people must be confirmed.
