1. Refundable damage deposit is required before the booking is good, the amount depends.
2. Excess cleaning will be charged, guests are to take out their own garbage home or by their vendors.
3. If the Brazilian cherry hardwood floor was left behind with liquid or deep scratches, the damage will be assessed, etc...
A deposit will be required for all rentals. The amount depends on $750 to $2,500 paid at booking.
A number of people must be confirmed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
Penthouse floor plus the rooftop if they are all available at the same time
The pricing in this listing is for the penthouse and the rooftop.
The middle floor is listed separately, if all two floors and the rooftop are needed, then we can gently negotiate the price or book them separately at the same time.
Each floor can be rented separately.
The rooftop is tougher to be rented separately since there are no changing rooms and bathrooms but can be arranged either in the penthouse or on the first floor.
