Our main space is 2,850 sq space with an expansive height of 20ft including a 16 x 14 ft insulated roll-up door that opens into our backlot. The main space has a portable dance location for yoga, pilates, dance, theatre workshops, and readings.
This large blank canvas is versatile for Production, Film, Photography. Our space features a concert ready sound system, high definition projector, and stage lighting available as an add-on making it the perfect space for a sound/band rehearsal or church service.
The gated backlot can be used for parking, outdoor photo video shoots, open air market gathering.
Our front office features a lobby entryway and 1,500 sq foot office space, offering four workstations, a large live edge slab table, and kitchenette. The space has also a conference room with a 60 screen perfect for a meeting or a breakout collaborator room during productions.
