About this space
Miami Star Room is a loft-style space in Wynwood that’s set up to handle a bit of everything—private events, brand activations, content shoots, workshops, pop-ups, and more. It’s right in the middle of the arts district, so the setting already does a lot of the work for you.
The space itself is open and flexible, so you can shape it around your event—whether that’s a birthday, product launch, networking night, or a smaller dinner.
You’ve got a couple of ways to book it. You can rent the venue on its own and bring in your own vendors, or go with a full production setup if you’re planning a content day or shoot. That includes cameras, lighting, audio, and a videographer. There are also extra equipment add-ons if you just need a bit more gear.
Venue Rental Only: Full exclusive access to the space and all included amenities. Bring your own vendors, caterers, and team.
Venue + Full Production Package: Ideal for content days, brand shoots, and hybrid events. Includes one videographer, 3 professional cameras, full lighting and audio gear.
Equipment Add-Ons: Lighting, audio, and microphones available for a flat fee of $150. For camera rentals, contact us directly for availability and pricing.

Welcome! We’re excited to host you. To keep the space safe, respectful, and productive, please review the guidelines below.
Booking Options
1. Studio Rental Only – Full access to the space and stations (equipment/ videographer/ lights are not included; bring your own).
2. Studio + Videographer Package – Includes videographer, 3 cameras, all the production lighting, and audio gear.
3. Equipment Add-Ons – Lights, audio, and mics available for rent. For camera rentals, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Furniture & Decor
• Couch: No food/drinks, dark denim, sharp heels, or dirty shoes. Lift (do not drag) if moving.
• Artwork & Props: Large art piece must stay in place. Props/chairs may be moved gently and returned. Contact us for moving heavy items.

• Only our team may handle studio equipment.
• No food or drinks near equipment, cyc wall, or couch.
• Furniture may be rearranged but must be reset before leaving.

Cleanliness & Timing
• Leave the studio as you found it.
• Dispose of trash (chute is across the hall).
• Setup and breakdown must be within your booking time. Overtime may incur fees (extensions subject to availability).

Studio Policies
• No smoking, pets, confetti, or glitter.
• No removing furniture, decor, or equipment.
• Only approved team members/clients allowed.
• No inappropriate or illegal content creation.

Before You Leave
• Reset all furniture/props.
• Throw away all trash.
• Report any damages (accidents happen!).
• Turn off lights.
• Lock door by pressing the Yale button after exiting.
