The Corporate & Professional Background
Designed to replicate a modern workspace, this area utilizes wooden slat paneling and floating timber shelves. It functions exceptionally well for recording video podcasts, capturing corporate headshots, and producing business coaching materials.
The Deep Merlot Wall
Built strictly for high-contrast fashion and beauty campaigns, this section pairs bleached white wood flooring with dark purple wainscoting. The rich color scheme creates a striking, moody environment for creative portraiture and seasonal holiday shoots.
The Textured Gray Limewash
Characterized by a soft gray surface, this space acts as a completely neutral, organic canvas. Commercial photographers and influencers frequently use this minimalist setup for clean family portraits, product highlighting, and everyday social media content.

No Confetti, glitter, sprinkles, paper shreds, dirt, sand, powder (i.e. gender reveals).
Any activity/photoshoot involving, but not limited to liquid, paint, food (such as a cake smash), live animals, flower petals, or set designs must be approved by CoLab PRIOR to using.
Booker is responsible for any equipment damage caused by guests including Photographer.
Do not enter any other room than your assigned room. You may only use the equipment, backgrounds and backdrop stands, etc. in the room you are assigned.
You may only sit and wait in the “green room”. No hair or makeup in any room other than your assigned room.
No outside Bluetooth speakers. You may only use the Bluetooth speaker provided in your assigned room.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
We will knock on the door indicating you have 10 minutes remaining. Once your time is complete, we will enter the room to prepare for the next booking. No exceptions.
Failure to end your shoot in your allotted time will result in additional fees.
