This workspace includes meeting rooms for small groups as well as a training room for larger sessions. There is a meeting room for 6–8 people, another room for groups of 10–12, and a training room with capacity for up to 50 guests.
Each room includes Wi-Fi, a large TV that connects to a laptop for presentations, plus tables and chairs. A shared kitchen area is also available, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and refreshments.
The venue works well for board meetings, client discussions, staff training, workshops, and day-to-day team sessions. Complimentary parking is available on site, and access details are shared before your booking.

• Smoking is not allowed in the room.
• Outside catering is allowed.
• Alcohol is not allowed in the space.
• Please keep the noise level to a minimum and refrain from disturbing other tenants in the building.
• The tenant is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as it was when they found it, including cleaning up after themselves and disposing of any waste.
• The tenant should secure the space before leaving and report any lost or stolen items to the building management immediately.
• The tenant is responsible for any damages to the space or building during the rental period.
• All ages are allowed in the space

• The building's common areas have a video surveillance system; there are no security cameras or recording devices inside the suite
• Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
