● The conference room must be reserved in advance. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.
● Payment must be completed within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not received, the reservation may be released.
● Guests may enter the conference room only during their reserved time. Please leave the room on time so the next reservation can begin as scheduled.
● Please leave the room clean and organized. Remove all personal items, trash, and materials before leaving.
● Food and drinks purchased from ConCafe are welcome in the conference room. Outside food or drinks may require prior approval.
● Please keep noise at a professional level and be respectful of other guests in the coffee shop.
● The number of guests must not exceed the approved room capacity.
● Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not allowed anywhere inside ConCafe.
● Decorations, signage, or rearrangement of furniture must be approved in advance. Nothing may be attached to walls, glass, or furniture without permission.
● Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or property during their reservation.
● Any available equipment must be used properly and returned in good condition.
● All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward ConCafe staff, customers, and other guests.
