The Tuscany Wing brings together our Tuscany suites into one large, flowing space, offering a impressive combination of capacity and architectural character. Located at our Houston facility, it's a popular choice for weddings, corporate conferences, quinceañeras, and large social banquets.

Rate: $109 per person
Minimum: 100 guests
Event Time: : 1-hour ceremony + 6-hour reception

2. Signature Package
Rate: $89 per person
Minimum: 75 guests
Event Time: 1-hour ceremony + 5-hour reception
Includes: Ballroom with same-room setup, buffet dinner & hors d’oeuvres, beer & wine open bar, DJ & Emcee, photography, upgraded linens, uplighting & coordination

3. Rental Package
Rate: $45 per person
Minimum: 75 guests
Event Time: 6 consecutive hours
Includes: Ballroom, foyer & dressing suite, banquet tables, Chiavari chairs & basic linens, dinnerware, backdrop & hurricane centerpieces, non-alcoholic beverages, red carpet service & event staffing

4. Micro Wedding Package (Ceremony Option)

Host rules

No smoking or illegal drug use: Smoking is strictly permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited, and security will remove anyone violating this rule.

Alcohol policy: As a TABC-licensed venue, all alcohol must be provided in-house; clients cannot bring their own. Outside guests are not permitted to bring in outside alcohol.

Damage responsibility: A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $2 per guest is required to cover minor damages. However, clients must keep a valid credit card on file to cover any extra charges, penalties, or damages not covered by the waiver.

Decorations and setup: All décor brought into the space must be approved by Pelazzio Management. Clients are prohibited from taking any venue-owned décor, such as vases or flowers.

Sound and entertainment control: Pelazzio maintains full control over volume and sound levels during events. Large bands or heavy speaker systems are not permitted.

Outside vendor requirements: All outside vendors must provide proof of $1 million liability insurance listing Pelazzio as an "additional insured" and must check in at least two weeks before the event.

Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, and on-site cooking by outside vendors are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.


Cleaning fees: While basic cleaning is provided, an extra cleaning charge of $350 will be applied if the venue requires excessive cleaning due to items like confetti, gum, or wax.

Food and catering: No leftover food may be taken home, with the exception of cake from an approved vendor. Outside caterers do not have access to the kitchen and must provide their own serving staff.

Security requirements: Security is mandatory for any event where alcohol is served; Pelazzio will arrange this and include the fees in the contract.

Parking liability: Pelazzio is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal items that occur in the parking lot.
