The Arena is BIYU Arena's main event space: a flexible, immersive production environment for large private events, corporate programs, quinceañeras, galas, concerts, combat sports, brand activations, product launches, award shows, and milestone celebrations.
The space includes a built-in stage environment, professional sound, LED ceiling visuals, advanced lighting, wireless microphone capability, presentation screen support, dance floor options, VIP/lounge areas, dressing rooms, security support, venue staff, and event coordination depending on the selected package.
The Arena can be configured for seated, standing, banquet, theater-style, cocktail, hybrid, and full-production layouts. Package options support smaller private events around 300 guests, mid-size events up to 600 guests, large luxury events up to 1,000 guests, and custom full-venue takeovers for larger productions.
Best fit events:
Corporate galas, product launches, award shows, quinceañeras, live music, fight nights, raves, brand activations, private parties, milestone celebrations, conferences, presentations, and large-format social events.
Not a fit:
Weddings or wedding receptions.
Prices
Classic Private Event Package - from $5,000 total, up to 300 guests. Includes 6-hour venue rental, tables/chairs, basic LED ceiling lighting, sound/DJ connectivity, stage use, dance floor, security, venue staff, event coordinator and two dressing rooms.
Premium Production Event Package - from $8,500 total, up to 600 guests. Includes Classic plus custom LED ceiling content, enhanced lighting/uplighting/spotlights/effects, professional sound with wireless mics, photo booth area, VIP section, red carpet entrance and bar setup. Alcohol is additional and requires event approval.
Corporate Gala Package - from $12,000 total, 300-800 attendees. Includes banquet seating, tables/linens, stage AV, LED ceiling branding, wireless presentation support, screens, lighting/sound, optional red carpet, bar setup and networking lounge.
Luxury Arena Event Package - from $15,000 total, up to 1,000 guests. Includes Premium plus full production team support, live video screens, custom stage/backdrop, specialty lighting, professional photo/video and VIP lounge setup.
Full Arena Takeover - custom quote for 1,000-2,000 guests with full venue access, custom seating, LED branding, multi-stage production, AV team, live streaming, VIP suites, catering coordination, event security, staff and event management.

Host rules
No weddings or wedding receptions.
No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
No outside food or drinks unless approved in writing as part of the event agreement.
No weapons, illegal substances, large bags, luggage, or prohibited items.
Professional cameras, media crews, outside production vendors, decorators, DJs, caterers, and performers must be approved in advance.
All guests may be subject to security screening and bag inspection at entry.
Final event layout, production needs, bar service, vendor access, load-in schedule, and security requirements must be confirmed before the event.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA requirements.
Event timing, setup, breakdown, staffing, production, and security needs may affect the final custom quote.
