About this space

You can use BIYU Arena for a wide range of events — quinceañeras, corporate gatherings, award shows, product launches, and big milestone celebrations. The space is flexible, so it works whether you’re planning something smaller or filling the venue. The in-house production setup helps take care of lighting, sound, and staging, so you’re not starting from scratch.

Just to note — weddings and wedding receptions aren’t something the venue hosts.

The Classic package is suited to groups of up to 300. It covers a 6-hour hire with tables and chairs, basic LED lighting, sound setup for a DJ, a stage for entrances and speeches, a dance floor, security, staff, and an event coordinator. You also get two private dressing rooms.

The Premium package goes up to 600 guests and builds on that with more advanced lighting, custom LED ceiling visuals, wireless mics, a photo booth area, a VIP section, and a red carpet entrance. There’s also a bar setup available, with alcohol as an extra.

The Luxury package is for larger events, up to 1,000 guests. This includes a full production team, live video screens, custom stage design, higher-end lighting, and extras like photography and videography, a VIP lounge setup, and guest wristbands.

For corporate events, there are a few different setups depending on size.

Smaller meetings (50–150 people) include a 4-hour hire with seating, a stage and mic, screens for presentations, Wi-Fi, and basic lighting and sound.

Larger gala-style events (300–800 people) come with banquet seating, full AV support, branded LED ceiling content, multiple screens, lighting, and optional extras like a red carpet and bar setup.

If you’re looking to use the full venue, the arena can be fully taken over for up to 2,000 guests. That gives you exclusive access, flexible layouts, full branding across the space, multiple stages, live streaming capability, VIP areas, and a dedicated team to manage the event from planning through to the day itself.
