Private Event Rules:
1. Reservation and Booking:
- A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated event total are required to confirm your reservation.
- Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. Any changes after this date may be subject to additional charges.
2. Event Timing:
- Events are allotted a specific time window as outlined in your contract. Overtime will incur additional fees.
- Setup and breakdown times must be included in the event’s contracted time. Extra time may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and fees.
3. Outside Food and Beverage:
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted. All food and drink must be provided by Liam’s Steakhouse.
- Exceptions may be made for specialty cakes, but prior approval is required, and a cake-cutting fee will apply.
4. Decorations and Entertainment:
- Decorations are allowed but must be pre-approved. No confetti, glitter, or open flames (except for candles in holders).
- Live music, DJs, or other entertainment must comply with the venue’s noise level regulations and be approved in advance.
5. Damage Liability:
- The host of the event is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors during the event.
- Any damages will be charged to the host and may result in loss of the security deposit.
6. Conduct:
- Liam’s Steakhouse reserves the right to eject any guests exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
7. Parking:
- Valet is available to guests (additional charges may apply) and nearby public parking options are available, but costs are not included in the event package.
