The space is furnished with a full-sized bed, couch, mirror, a selection of chairs, and boho design elements.
Located on the 2nd level, the studio includes a private bathroom, as well as a kitchen equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and counter space for food and beverage storage.

Host rules
• No smoking allowed in the building.
• Moving, pushing or dragging large furniture such as the couches and bed is prohibited.
• Confetti poppers or glitter bombs are not allowed.
• Pets are allowed downstairs in the Modern Space, but not allowed in the Boudoir Space.
• Boudoir Space is upstairs and there may be clients in the downstairs Modern Space when utilizing the Boudoir Space. There are privacy curtains available to close off the shooting area from the stairs and the rest of upstairs entry area.
• Damage to the floors will result in a damage fee of a minimum of $200.
