About this space

This is the main production facility and tasting room for Trinity Cider. Here you'll be able to see where the magic happens and immediately taste the results of our work.

We are a taproom & brewery snuggled in the heart of the infamous Deep Ellum; ranked as one of the Top 24 Cideries to visit in the USA by YELP.

Specializing in on-site brewed hard cider, viral sakebomb chants and all round good vibes in the bustling downtown of Dallas.

We do not serve food but you are more than welcome to order in at any point; especially the local food offerings in Deep Ellum.

The indoor brewery and tasting room have a capacity of 100 people (about 40 inside and about 60 in our heated, covered outdoor area that has garage doors we can close during inclement weather. We provide hard cider flights, pints, saké bombs, and non-alcoholic options and we allow outside food to be brought in. Cheers!

About Trinity Cider

Opened on October 12th, 2018, Trinity Cider immediately became a favorite hang-out for the local Deep Ellum Community. Evan and Lauren have owned and managed Trinity Cider since its opening, but have dreamed about it and planned for it for much longer.

In 2019, over 8,000 sakè bombs were done at Trinity Cider setting the world record for Cider Sakè Bombs by a huge margin. (As far as we know.) Today, Trinity Cider pushes the limits by making edgy, bold cider and encourages responsible sakè bombing seven days a week.
