Clean space and good location.
I would not recommend booking this venue due to its complete lack of organization and professionalism. Throughout my event, other businesses operating in the same space harassed me and my guests, which was never mentioned as part of the rental agreement. After the event, the host accused me of breaking rules that were never stated in any agreement. They claimed that "open alcohol" was not allowed unless a licensed bartender was present—which I had—but still used this as a complaint. Additionally, the rules explicitly state there are no noise restrictions, yet they complained about the noise level. Despite these unfounded accusations, my group left the space completely spotless, even though we had already paid a $200 cleaning fee. On top of that, I was wrongly blamed for one of my guests allegedly entering a private room and touching a Bible—when, in reality, it wasn’t even someone from my group. This facility is completely disorganized, dishonest, and quick to make baseless accusations against its guests. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Venture X was everything we needed for our surprise party. The venue was decorated for Christmas, but they allowed us to move some of the decorations and replace them with our Dallas Cowboys decorations. The party was a success!!! Thanks Mya!! Oh, some of the guest wanted to know how i found the venue. There might be more party Mya!!

This was a perfect space for our family event. We were able to spread out and have great conversations.
Nothing to dislike, only thing to point out. It was a windy day and all the leaves gathered outside of the door and blew in when we came in and out. There wasn’t a broom or anything to sweep those up or out of the way. Was not a big deal, just for future reference.
