With more than 2,000 square feet of flexible event space, The Gallery combines the clean aesthetic of a contemporary art gallery with the functionality of a professional event venue. With a built-in stage, professional sound system, and open floor layout, YAM is perfect for dance parties, karaoke performances, silent discos, or anything imaginative your birthday star dreams up.
This setup is intentionally designed with fewer tables and more open space, so kids can move freely while adults still have comfortable seating areas to gather and relax.
Prices
• Rental time must include setup, decorating, cleanup, and load-out.
• All guests and belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not returned to its original condition.
• Security personnel may be required for larger events.
• Event insurance may be required depending on attendance and event type.

Prohibited Materials:
The use of confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited within all areas of the premises, including indoor and outdoor spaces. Including that which may be inside balloons, “poppers” or other decoration.
Adhesives may not be applied to walls, ceiling panels or art.
Smoking, vaping and smoke machines are not allowed at any time.
All individuals must vacate the premises by your scheduled time. Your departure time includes your “tear down and move out”. Staff host will check in with event organizers/lead one hour before scheduled departure.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
