Host rules
1. Booking & Confirmation
* A booking is only confirmed once the signed agreement and a deposit of 50% has been received.
* The person making the booking must be at least 21 years of age and will be responsible for all guests and suppliers.
* The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the event.
2. Payments
* A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 business days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Any additional charges incurred during the event (extra hours, damages, cleaning, security) are payable within 48 hours after the event.
3. Cancellations & Date Changes
* Cancellations must be made in writing.
* Deposits are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
* Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
* Krimson Park Venue reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of non‑payment, breach of policy, or safety concerns.
4. Event Times & Access
* Events must start and end at the agreed times.
* Access for setup and breakdown is limited to the time stated in the agreement.
* Overtime is subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Capacity & Safety
* Maximum capacity limits must be strictly observed at all times.
* Fire exits, walkways, and emergency equipment must remain unobstructed.
* Krimson Park Venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
6. Noise & Conduct
* All events must comply with local noise regulations.
* Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of the event without
