Please note that all rates are inclusive of prevailing taxes.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. 50% of the total fee is payable upon confirmation of the
booking. The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before the bump-in date. All payments made are non-refundable, except for
the security deposit, which will be returned provided there are no damages or breaches of terms
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
