Club Vox Singapore – Event Booking Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take note of the following booking policies:
Smoking Policy – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Guests may use the designated smoking areas outside the venue.
Food & Beverage – No outside food or drinks are allowed. However, cakes for celebrations (e.g., birthdays, weddings) are permitted.
Venue Handover – The venue must be returned in its original condition and handed back for daily operations at the stipulated timings as agreed upon during booking.
Booking Confirmation – All bookings require a deposit to secure the date, with full payment due before the event.
Compliance with Regulations – All events must adhere to local laws and venue guidelines, including noise regulations and guest capacity limits (180-250 pax).

Club Vox is a club event venue featuring the only EAW Avalon series sound system in Southeast Asia! We have crystal-clear audio and deep, immersive bass.
The venue is equipped with a P2 LED wall which allows for stunning visual displays ideal for brand showcases, product launches or even dynamic event backdrops. We can set the perfect ambiance with our 198 intelligent lighting fixtures.
