Madame Chu has three VIP rooms. One can fit 10 people and the other two can fit up to 24. They all have a customised Cantonese menu made by Chef Matthew, who mixes traditional methods with a modern twist. He's been doing this for more than 20 years and uses the best ingredients to make amazing, unforgettable dishes. You can also use the VIP room karaoke to get your evening entertainment in.
