Our studio boasts a spacious 1,668 sq. ft. area with a 4-meter working height, offering versatility for various productions. The studio is equipped with an impressive 8m x 6.5m LED wall, providing the perfect backdrop for immersive visual displays and creative projects. With a comfortable capacity of up to 30 people, it's an ideal venue for video shoots, livestreams, and events that require a professional, high-quality setup.

Host rules
1. Footwear:
Please remove shoes before entering the studio, except for grip and gaffers.
If talent requires shoes, please clean the soles beforehand.
2. LED Wall:
Do not lean on the LED wall.
A repair fee of $700 will be charged if the LED wall is damaged or stained.
3. Studio Equipment:
Avoid dragging stands or furniture across the studio floor to prevent damage.
If required to rig any equipment on the truss, please notify the studio manager beforehand.
Never remove sandbags from the legs of the truss.
4. Tape Usage:
Do not use any tape on walls, blinds, or surfaces that could be damaged during removal.
5. Washroom Etiquette:
The washroom is a shared facility. Please maintain personal hygiene and keep it clean at all times.
6. Spray Paint:
Spray paint is strictly prohibited inside the studio, on the LED wall, or outside the unit.
7. Corridor Usage:
Do not block the corridors. If you need to place equipment trolleys outside the unit, ensure they do not obstruct passage.
8. Sound Issues:
If you need to speak to our neighbors regarding sound issues, please notify the studio manager before doing so.
9. Smoking
No Smoking in the premises
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
