Previously known as House of Offline, we moved to a new space called 'The Offline Room'. It is on the GROUND FLOOR (yes, no stairs!) and comes with two complimentary parking lots. While there are plenty of other parking lots just across the street, it is also within 5-10min walking distance from 2 MRT stations (Lavender/Bendemeer).
The most versatile event space in Singapore to cater to all events. It's up to your imagination on how you want to set up the space. Most of our chairs and tables are foldable. Most importantly, the lighting can be dimmed to warmer lights for a cozier vibe or brighter for corporate events. Feel free to just come down for a site visit first before deciding!
We are also giving FREE usage of bouncy castle if you book > 5 hours!
Student discounts available for various university student organisations! and we are GeBIZ / Vendors@gov registered as well!

House Rules
1. Basic cleaning is required after using our space, otherwise there will be extra cost for cleaning fee.
2. Return all equipment to their original positions.
3. Return all shifted furniture to its original position.
4. Decorations must be removed.
5. Please switch off all lights, air-con and all electrical appliances before leaving.
6. Keep all doors and windows closed at all time.
7. No smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space.
8. No excessively loud music. Keep all activities within the space. If a complaint due to excessive noise is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, full deposit will be forfeited.
9. Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees.
10. No illegal activities like drugs, sexual behaviours, etc.
11. Booking duration is inclusive of setup and tear down time. Kindly reach out to us if you need any extension as it will be based on availability. Any extension beyond the booking time will be charged for every hour or part thereof.
12. Ensure that both the front and back doors are fully locked before leaving.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Yes, cluster seating can be arranged without the high tables. They can be moved to the entrance area to create more space.
No, the venue team will not be around, but a passcode and some instructions will be sent over later or in the morning.
