The Elephant Room is a culture-forward cocktail bar defined by an Indian-inspired savoury cocktail programme that shapes the venue's character.
Design: The interior uses timber panelling and low, indirect lighting to create compact, booth-led seating areas. The space pairs a green upholstered banquette and low stools with an exposed dark ceiling and polished concrete floor for a restrained, contemporary look.
Features: The bar provides a full service counter plus table seating arranged around booth benches and low stools. The food offering is a tightened hot-dog menu with custom topping choices and a tofu option. The venue includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a step‑free guest entrance and accessible toilets, and permits own music or a hired DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions.

Host rules
To secure your event, a 50% deposit + 9% GST as a deposit is required. This amount will be offset from your total bill on the day of the event. Until the deposit has been made, the date remains unblocked. Availability of desired date will be on a first come first serve basis.
Minimum spend applies to food and beverage consumption on the day of the event and is subject to prevailing 9% GST and service charge.
A venue fee of difference will be charged should the minimum spend not be met.
Every event is based on a 4 hour basis. In the event where an extension is required, you may liaise with our events manager - extension is subject to additional cost to minimum spending
Final menu selection and deposit to be made 14 days prior to the event.
All set-ups to be done on the event day itself. Kindly liaise with our events manager on the time of set-up.
All tear-down should be done at the end of the event, or during non-operational hours the following day between 3-4pm. Sundays are not included.
Food & beverage should be entirely provided by our venue. However, there may be exceptions that can be accepted on a case-by-case basis after liaison has been done with our events manager.
Wine corkages are at $50++ per 750ml bottle, Bubbly corkages are at $70++ per 750ml bottle and strictly no outside spirits are allowed.
