Host rules
1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after Madeleine’s has approved the request and any required payment has been received.
2. The space can accommodate up to 30 guests. Seated and standing layouts are available, subject to the agreed floor plan and operational requirements. The final setup must be confirmed with Madeleine’s before the event.
3. The booking is for the date and time stated in the confirmed reservation. Set-up and pack-down must take place within the agreed booking period. Additional time is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
4. Payment must be made by the deadline provided by Madeleine’s or through the booking platform, where applicable.
5. Any requests made less than 7 days in advance will result in 50% of the deposit being forfeited.
6. Outside food and drinks are not permitted without prior approval. Any approved outside items must comply with food safety requirements.
7. Decorations, signage and external equipment require prior approval. Nothing may be attached to walls, fixtures or furniture in a way that causes damage. Open flames, confetti, glitter and items that may create a safety or cleaning issue are not permitted.
8.The booking organiser is responsible for ensuring that guests use the venue and its furnishings responsibly. Any damage, excessive cleaning or loss caused during the booking may be charged to the organiser.
9. Madeleine’s may require guests to follow staff instructions and may end the event if safety, venue operations or other guests are affected.
10.The agreed setup must keep entrances, exits and walkways clear. Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, the venue may continue normal operations during the event.
11. Final arrangements Guest numbers, layout, food and beverage arrangements, and any special requests should be confirmed by the deadline provided by Madeleine’s. The confirmed booking details will take precedence if they differ from these general terms.
