Deposit & Damages
A 50% deposit will be collected as a security deposit to cover any potential damages or breaches of venue rules. The deposit will be returned after the booking, subject to an inspection of the venue and confirmation that all rules have been followed.
Set-Up & Tear-Down
• Set-up: Guests may access the venue up to 1 hour before their booking to set up personal decorations.
• Tear-down: Guests may use up to 1 hour after their booking to dismantle decorations and remove personal belongings.
Please ensure that all set-up and tear-down activities are completed within the allocated time.
