We want Neighbours CC to feel like a friend's home for everyone who comes through, so please help us take care of the space as you would your own! Here are a few little house rules to keep our space cosy for everyone -

🚬 No smoking
This is a no-smoking space, so please exit the premises for that fresh air.

🐶🐱 Furry neighbours welcome!
Please ensure that your pets are leashed at all times, kept within our room, and wear a diaper whilst indoors.

🔊 Speakers & Noise Levels
Feel free to play some music! But please be considerate of others and keep noise levels down after 10.30pm!

🍷 BYO Drinks
You're welcome to bring your own food and alcohol, but please drink (& eat) responsibly and take especially good care of the space :)

🎀 Decorating the Space
Our wall paint peels easily, so please use washi tape only for decorations. No Blu Tack, double-sided tape or adhesive hooks! Paint peel repairs will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

🏘️ Shared spaces
The area outside is shared with our neighbours, including a self-serve golf simulator, so you might hear the occasional golf ball!
This area includes the bathroom and pantry. You are welcome to use our the fridge and utensils from there, and we also provide the pink cups in our studio for your use.

🧹 Before You Go
Treat our little space like a friend's home! Please help us return the space to how you found it - Put furniture back, wash used items and clear your rubbish. If anything gets damaged, just give us a heads-up. Accidents happen!

We require a $100 security deposit (or $200 w/ alcohol), which is refundable within 3 working days if all's good! Deductions only made if additional cleaning or repairs are needed beyond your cleaning fee. You can drop us a message on instagram or TagVenue should you need anything! We’ll check it periodically whilst you’re here to make sure you’re getting everything you need.
