5. Furniture and props may be moved for shoots but should be returned to their original positions before the booking ends.
6. No pets are permitted within the Studio
7. Prior approval is required for any setup involving heavy equipment, liquids, smoke effects, or potentially hazardous materials.
8. The Studio has a maximum capacity of 10 pax.
