1️⃣ Booking & Venue Use
- Venue booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
- Event duration includes setup and teardown time.
- Please adhere to your confirmed booking time to avoid affecting subsequent events. Any extension of event hours is subject to availability and additional charges.
2️⃣ Food & Beverage
- All food and beverages must be provided by Orchid Live Seafood Signature.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for celebration cakes (subject to prior approval).
- Corkage charges may apply for external alcoholic beverages.
3️⃣ Decorations
- Simple event decorations are welcome.
- Please obtain prior approval for any elaborate decorations, backdrops or event setups.
- No nails, screws, staples, glue or adhesive tapes may be used on walls, furniture or fixtures.
4️⃣ Venue Care
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, furniture or equipment during the event.
- Orchid Live Seafood Signature reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs for damaged property.
5️⃣ Safety
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the indoor premises.
- All emergency exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
- Children should be supervised by an accompanying adult.
6️⃣ Cleaning
- Basic post-event cleaning is included.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage beyond normal use.
