About this space
The venue features an open layout with large windows and views across the lake. The space can be set up for formal ceremonies, meetings, networking receptions and social gatherings, with the waterfront setting.
Over the years, the venue has hosted MOU signing ceremonies, corporate meetings, networking events, appreciation functions, media engagements, lunches, dinners and other celebrations. It is particularly suited to catered events and offers organisers plenty of scope to create their own event experience.
The space is fully air-conditioned and includes standard wall points for presentations and audiovisual equipment. Indoor lighting is provided for meetings, receptions and dining events, and dedicated male, female and accessible toilet facilities are available on site.
Prices
Access to kitchen facilities is not included in the venue rental and may be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us separately should you require the use of the kitchen facilities.

Host rules
• Screws, nails or any other devices which are likely to deface the wall, floors or ceilings or the Premises are not allowed to be used on any part of the Premises.
• Over-amplification of sound by electronic devices that will cause annoyance to other users of the Premises is strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate measures and equipment must be used to avoid damage to the Premises, and to avoid unnecessary disturbance to other users of the Premises. Appropriate measures and equipment must be employed when transporting goods.
• The Hirer shall avoid the stacking of goods along common corridors, escape passageways or staircases. They shall not cause obstruction nor lock up any exit doors of the premises.
• All indoor Venues shall be and remain smoke-free. No smoking or striking of matches or gas lights will be allowed in any part of any Venue.
• Please note that the scope of work for cleaning service exclude clearing of food waste and disposable tableware.
• All food waste must be properly bagged and removed from the event site immediately following the conclusion of the event (or, if earlier, the conclusion of the meal segment of the event). Do not dispose in NTU general-purpose bins or sinks nor dump waste at NTU’s bin centres unless explicitly permitted.
• Food remnants or residue, liquids, or disposables should be left behind after the conclusion of the event (or, if earlier, the conclusion of the meal segment of the event).
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
