About this space

The venue is suitable for workshops, corporate training, networking events, wellness classes, yoga and Pilates sessions, baby showers, birthday celebrations, parenting talks, private seminars, community events, product launches, and photography or content creation.

The space accommodates intimate gatherings of around 10 guests or events of up to 40 participants. Its flexible layout can be configured to suit different event formats.

• Venue rental period includes setup and teardown time.
• Hirers must return the venue in a clean and tidy condition.
• Any damage to furniture, equipment or fixtures will be chargeable at replacement or repair cost.
• No smoking, vaping, gambling or illegal activities permitted within the premises.
• Events generating excessive noise may be asked to reduce volume to respect neighbouring tenants.
• Decorations are permitted but must not damage walls, glass panels, furniture or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke machines and open flames are not permitted.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• HMC reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate events that breach venue rules without refund.
• HMC reserves the right to amend venue policies and pricing without prior notice.
