Prices
General:
Booking time includes setup and teardown. Please factor this into your rental period.
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
The space must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Noise & Conduct:
No loud music or disruptive noise, especially during residential or office hours.
No disorderly, unsafe, or illegal activities are permitted.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their crew and talent.
Equipment & Setup:
Only removable fixtures and setups are allowed.
No drilling, nailing, painting, or permanent alterations to walls, floors, or ceilings.
Any heavy equipment must be handled with care to avoid damage.
Food, Drinks & Smoking:
No smoking or vaping inside the premises.
Food and drinks are allowed unless otherwise agreed, but spills must be cleaned immediately.
Alcohol consumption must be responsible and compliant with local regulations.
Damage & Liability:
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be chargeable to the renter.
The renter assumes full responsibility for all equipment and personal belongings brought into the space.
The venue owner is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during the booking period.
Access & Security:
Access is limited to the booked time slot only.
Guests must not enter restricted areas.
Doors must be locked and lights/equipment turned off upon exit.
Compliance:
All shoots must comply with Singapore laws and regulations.
Filming permits, if required, are the responsibility of the renter.
The venue reserves the right to end the booking without refund if rules are violated.
By confirming the booking, all guests agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
