Facilities include a flexible studio layout, controlled access, basic climate control, and on-site operational support where required. Usage is managed by appointment and subject to facility guidelines. ArteStudio is not suitable for parties, social events, or large public gatherings.
Prices
Standard day bookings are from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Extended hours may be arranged upon request.
Standard Cleaning - For events only, if photo-taking sessions or minor activities will not require.
• Cleaning fee: S$100 per booking
• Covers basic cleaning and space reset only
Wall Patching & Painting (Damage Restoration) - For Art Exhibition or any exhibition requires drilling
Any damage to walls, including but not limited to:
• nail holes
• screws
• adhesive marks
• tape residue
• scuffs requiring repainting
will be charged separately.
Recommended Charges
• Minor patching & touch-up paint: from S$150
• Multiple patches / repainting of a section: S$300 – S$500
• Full wall repaint (if required): charged at cost + handling fee
Final charges will be assessed after inspection.

Host rules
To ensure a safe, professional, and well-managed environment, all guests are required to observe the following rules when using ArteStudio:
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere within the building or premises.
• Use of the space is strictly for approved professional purposes only. Parties, social events, or public gatherings are not allowed.
• No drilling, nailing, screwing, or permanent fixtures are permitted on walls, floors, or ceilings. (Information will be required if any)
• No adhesives, tapes, or mounting materials may be applied to walls or surfaces without prior approval.
• Any damage to the space, fixtures, or walls (including holes, marks, or paint damage) will result in additional charges for repair or restoration.
• Furniture, equipment, or fixtures must not be moved without prior consent.
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted after 8:00pm.
• Noise levels must be kept low and appropriate for a shared professional facility at all times.
• Access is limited to the confirmed booking duration only. Early entry or overstaying may incur additional charges.
• All guests must comply with on-site instructions provided by Artegistic staff or representatives.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
