About this space

Lounge — a private lounge in Warehouse on River Promenade — is a semi-private, living-room style space that sits within the venue's restored warehouse fabric.

Design: The room pairs warm timber flooring and neutral, curved upholstered seating with a tiled feature wall and floor-to-ceiling curtains. The layout centres on low lounge seating arranged in small conversational clusters around side tables.

Features: The space includes a wall-mounted screen and an integrated PA system with speakers, plus venue Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The layout uses movable lounge chairs and side tables for flexible seating, and the room permits own music or a hired DJ. The entrance is step-free and the space is wheelchair-accessible with nearby accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, seated social or informal meeting environment.

What guests say: The space has a calm, polished atmosphere and warm lighting. Service in the space is attentive and professional.
