Equipped with glass boards, a projector and screen, and a flexible layout for up to 50 people. A flipchart can be provided on request.
Prices
Mandatory cleaning service applies to:
- Any event with more than 50 pax capacity;
Additional charges may apply for:
- Weekday Cleaning Service (1 Manpower, min. 3 hour booking) - $27.25/hour;
- Weekend Cleaning Service (1 Manpower, min. 3 hour booking) - $38.15/hour;
- AV Support (1 Manpower) - $27.25/hour;
- After Office Hours (6:00pm – 10:00pm)/ Weekend Assistant (1 Manpower) - $87.20/day;
- Webinar setup - $327.
All cancellations incur a non-refundable administrative fee of $87.20.

• Strictly no food and drinks in all training rooms and auditorium.
• Please avoid using tape or blu-tack to prevent damage to the walls.
• Kindly gather all the trash accumulated from your event and remove them from the premises after your event.
• The Hirer is responsible for the safe setup, use, and supervision of any props or equipment brought in.
