Host rules

1. Event space rental is first-come, first-served; JE Group events take priority.

2. Setup and teardown must occur within booked times; additional time incurs extra charges.

3. Postponement/cancellation 7–14 working days prior: 50% of total cost. Within 7 days: full payment forfeited.

4. Tables and chairs are provided; additional equipment must be rented and returned by client.

5. Clients are responsible for damages to the venue, furnishings, and equipment. Damage/clean-up deposit: $500. Excess damages will be invoiced.

6. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, or fixtures (no blue tack, tape, drilling, explosives, flammable items, or pets).

7. Clients are responsible for guests’ conduct and must prevent unlawful or disruptive activities.

8. The space must not be used fraudulently.

9. Venue must be left clean, with furniture returned to original positions.

10. Food/beverage requires approval; no alcohol allowed.

11. Venue use is limited to the rented space.

JE Group is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other claims. Clients agree to indemnify JE Group, its staff, and landlord.

Air conditioning: $35/hr; extensions incur additional charges.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
