Midview City is an open-plan events venue defined by clear sightlines and a flexible, reconfigurable layout that adapts to different seating formats.

Design: The interior is modern and minimal, with high ceilings, continuous pale timber flooring and white-painted walls. The room is organised along a long axis and lit by slim suspended LED strips that emphasise its linear proportions.

Features: An all-in-one technical and comfort package includes venue-wide Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. Large windows supply abundant natural light while the lighting and ceiling height keep the space bright. Movable seating, bar-height tables and a small lounge area enable multiple furniture configurations. Event-friendly policies allow guests to play their own music and to bring an external DJ. Please observe the following house rules:

• Booking hours: Access is only available during your confirmed booking period. All setup, deliveries, event activities, packing and teardown must take place within these hours.

• Overtime: All guests, vendors, equipment and belongings must leave by the end of the booked period. Additional time may be charged if the booking runs over.

• Cleanliness: Please leave the venue clean and tidy. Remove all rubbish, food, decorations and personal belongings after the event. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.

• Furniture & equipment: Items may be moved with care but must be returned to their original positions. The office should be restored to its original condition and layout. Do not remove venue items without approval.

• Damage: The organiser is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, contractors or equipment.

• Decorations: Approval is required before attaching decorations or signage. Nails, screws, permanent adhesives, paint, glitter and confetti are not permitted.

• Food & beverages: Food and drinks are permitted. Please clean spills promptly and inform us in advance of external caterers.

• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the premises.

• Alcohol: No underage drinking is permitted.

• Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect neighbouring occupants and common areas.

• Guest conduct: The organiser is responsible for all guests, vendors and contractors.

• Restricted activities: Illegal drugs, illegal activities, hazardous materials and open flames are strictly prohibited.

• Personal belongings: All belongings and equipment must be removed after the booking. The venue is not responsible for items left behind.
