Joo Chiat Meeting Room - Rules of the Space
- No smoking or vaping within venue or premises.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved by the venue.
- Decorations are allowed with prior approval; no nails, screws or adhesive materials that may damage walls, floor, or fixtures.
- Confetti, glitter, opend flames, pyrothecnics and smoke/fog machines are not permitted.
- All AV, lighting and layout changes must be coordinated with the venue team; third party vendors require prior approval.
- Event timing (set-up, event, and teardown) must follow the confiormed booking schedule.
- Noise levels must be kept at a considerate valoume, especially during evening hours, to respect hotel guets and neighbours.
- Any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or hotel property will be charged to the organiser.
- The organiser is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all attendees; the venue reserves the right to end an event in the event of unsafe or disruptive conduct.
