About this space

Perched atop the rooftop of Design Orchard, Third Floor Social is an urban sanctuary that masterfully transitions from a sun-drenched daytime workspace to an intimate, vibrant evening restobar. Conceptualized by the award-winning culinary and hospitality minds behind No Sleep Club, our venue redefines city hospitality by blending a premium beverage program with sophisticated comfort fare.

Step away from the bustling streets of Orchard Road and immerse yourself in a space designed entirely for lingering conversations, focused work, and exceptional hospitality.

Our Space: Where Modern Design Meets Nature
Our interior philosophy leans heavily into an "effortlessly cool living room" aesthetic, matching curated designer elements with an open, fluid layout.

The Sunlit Glasshouse Experience: One side of our venue features magnificent floor-to-ceiling glass windows that look directly onto lush, vibrant tropical greenery. This expansive glazing floods the long wooden-floored layout with serene natural light during the day, creating an open and refreshing ambiance ideal for remote work, casual meetings, or reading.

Curated Comfort: The seating is intentionally varied to support any mood. Guests can unwind on low, plush leather modular lounge sofas or gather around circular group tables.

An Open Kitchen & Bar: Running the length of the interior are long, minimalist counter bars paired with sleek black stools, drawing focus to our open kitchen where guests can witness our culinary and mixology teams crafting each order up close.
