In-house technical facilities include a PA system and speakers, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ. Step-free guest access, wheelchair-accessible circulation and accessible toilets are provided.

Reservations & Minimum Spend:
Private rooms require a minimum spend of $1,200++ for 10 guests (approx. $1,438.80 after service charge and GST).
Larger bookings or full buy-outs may have customized minimum spend requirements depending on the date and time.
A deposit or credit hold is required to secure event spaces.
2. Cancellations & Amendments:
More than 2 weeks before event: Full refund of deposit / free cancellation.
2 days to 2 weeks before event: Booking can be rescheduled or deposit converted into restaurant vouchers (no cash refund).
Within 48 hours / same day: No cancellation or rescheduling; full deposit or minimum spend will be charged.
Special periods (e.g. Chinese New Year) follow stricter rules.
3. Space Usage
Main Dining Hall seats up to 220 guests, with options to partition into smaller zones.
Seven private rooms available; room sizes can be adjusted or combined on request.
Guests may bring their own event décor or props, subject to prior approval.
AV equipment (projector, microphone, sound system, stage setup) is available upon request, with additional charges.
4. Food & Beverage
Only Asia Grand’s catering/menu is permitted; no external food is allowed.
Menus are customizable for weddings, corporate events, or milestone celebrations.
Special dietary requirements should be confirmed in advance.
