Fantastic service by Zanair and team! Booking process was very smooth from start to finish, terms were fair and very clearly communicated too. Photos online absolutely did not do the venue justice! Myself and my guests were all so blown away when we saw the venue in person. It was very clean, cosy and had a exclusive and private feel. Friendly and attentive staff were also onsite and assisted with many ad hoc matters. Had a wonderful experience overall.

The location was convenient and games in the venue was fun. Venue was also very new, clean and elegant. Everyone enjoyed self-entertaining themselves with the retro games. There was a staff who was there during site recce so it was very helpful. Staff also sent out a guide on how to operate all the facilities in the venue. The security deposit was refunded within 2 days
