Communication - Good communication in the weeks leading up to the meeting - they were able to cater to our plans as they changed and evolved. Team on site were very attentive - Param ensured that our every need was taken care of. Accommodation - rooms were large and in great condition - no complaints from any of our delegates. Transport - Hotel has car parks nearby and is well situated for all of Manchester's central train stations. Conference Room - Room was well laid out and comfortable for a group of 30. Refreshments were provided. Food - Breakfast was good, Lunch options were great with 2 distinct options available on each day of the meeting. Check-in - The team on site ensured that check-in was painless for the group (30 delegates) - this helped ensure that our meeting ran seamlessly across the first day. Other - Taxis were easily available and very simple to book. Hotel bar had great options and was well priced - it is also open late! Cost - we were able to agree on a very competitive rate versus other local competition.
Coffee Machines in the meeting room are a little basic and quite loud - though we were able to utilise the other machines in the main bar. AV setup is relatively basic - the projector is a bit dim - particularly when the weather is bright. Receiving receipts and invoices was a little bit slower than we may have liked - though this was all resolved on check-out.
