The staff, the Piccadilly suite, the AV and the food.
The venue wasn't well cleaned before the event and there were some payment issues for tea break.

We really enjoyed hosting the event there. The room was a great size and suited our needs, the staff was very helpful, and the lunch buffet and snack service were both excellent. Our guests enjoyed the food and the venue which is most important. I would highly recommend this venue to others looking to host a business event.
