Beautiful venue, everyone commented how gorgeous it looked! The staff were great and did their best prior and on the weekend of our booking. Felt supported throughout the weekend despite being super busy and understaffed (though not fault of theirs) and for that, we'll consider using this venue again!
A mix-up with our food pre-order with some items not arriving due to a very busy day. Also we ordered the fork buffet for 16 people and quantities were not enough to feed everyone. Food was absolutely delicious though.

Friendly staff who are always keen to help. Lovely room aesthetics and atmosphere.
Audio-visual tech / equipment and staff’s tech knowledge will need serious upgrading to improve event experience. - There was very loud static from the in-house speaker throughout its use (connecting to venue’s handheld microphone). - We were only advised at the last minute that the venue’s HDMI cable provided is not compatible with Mac laptops (we only discovered this because we asked, and secured a Windows-friendly laptop just in time; we would otherwise have been unable to make our video presentation as planned!) Without staff who are well-trained in handling and advising clients on details of venue equipment tech, our event experience whilst still enjoyable, was ultimately compromised by these presentational points.
