Yes. Decorations are allowed, although restrictions apply and possible workarounds depend on the proposed decorations. Helium balloons and confetti cannons are not permitted because balloons may become stuck in the ceiling and confetti takes too long to clean up.
Yes. The room will be arranged in the desired layout, and clients can add finishing touches afterwards; depending on the layout, additional time may be available if needed.
