About this space
Bathed in natural light through its grand Gothic-style windows by day and washed with the warm glow of our copper chandeliers by night, the Hepper Room's unique decor offers a versatile space perfect for a variety of events. Whilst of course popular for private dining, the Hepper Room's built in projector screen also makes it a great space for meetings and presentations.
A fully private space, with its own bar and bathrooms, the Hepper Room can seat up to 26 on one large table.
The room can hold around 40 guests standing as well, making it the perfect space for networking events, mixers or informal gatherings as well as seated dinners.
We can also sync music via Bluetooth to our projector and guests are welcome to play their own music via our isolated sound system.

We hosted our wedding drinks reception and dinner in the beautiful Hepper Room at Iberica Leeds two weeks ago and everything was perfect! Coleen was very friendly and helpful and made sure everything ran perfectly, as did our server Honey. The room was beautifully decorated decorated and the food was amazing. Our guests commented on how lovely the venue, food, drinks, and everything was and we all had a brilliant time. Would absolutely recommend and we're looking forward to our next visit to Iberica for dinner ☺️
We had the best visit to the Hepper Room for an event. The service in the lead up to the event was excellent, as was the service on the day. It worked perfectly being able to set up before hand and staff helping with the set up. They also had AV which made the event run smoothly. The food was fantastic and we had a great time. Cannot thank the staff enough and couldn't recommend any more!
Cannot fault anything from initial booking, any queries and on the day everything was exactly as per our booking. The heating had broken when we arrived but the staff did everything possible to make our day as comfortable as possible.
No heating at the venue but appreciate this was beyond anyone's control
About Iberica Leeds
One of Leeds' most beautiful restaurants, Ibérica Leeds was built within the historic Hepper House, a Grade-Two-listed building.
Within the decorated stone exterior of this magnificent 19th Century building, you’ll find a light and airy restaurant, with high ceilings and stunning chandeliers. In the daytime, the skylight running the entire length of the main dining room floods the restaurant with natural light. Our basement wine bar La Bodega (Spanish for winery) serves a selection of over 70 carefully sourced Spanish wines, as well as delicious tapas, Spanish cheeses, and Serrano and Ibérico hams.
Upstairs, you'll find the Hepper Room, a beautiful private space perfect for private dining, small standing receptions, and becoming increasingly popular with wedding breakfasts.
