The Cellar is a Function Room in Frankenstein's Edinburgh, a low‑ceilinged beer‑keller style private room that emphasises a compact, cellar‑like character.
Design: The room pairs heavy timber trestle tables and benches with exposed stone flooring and low, beamed ceilings. Gothic decorative details and warm amber lighting create an enclosed, intimate cellar feel.
Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a built‑in PA system with speakers. Long wooden trestle tables and benches furnish the space and leave a cleared central area for standing or movement. Guests may supply their own DJ or play their own music through the house system.
Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social communal dining or standing reception format in a compact, theatrical cellar setting.
What sets it apart: The space hosts a short, hourly Frankenstein appearance as part of the venue's themed entertainment.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 20:00
- We are completely Cashless and will accept Card payments only throughout our entire venue.
- Your table or area will be held for 15 minutes after your specified booking time. If a member of your party is not present at this time we reserve the right to use your table for other guests.
- Please note we do not offer table service so please order any food and drink from the bar.
- Please let a member of the team know of any dietary requirements when ordering food.
- Frankenstein is a 18s venue from 8pm. We operate a "Challenge 25 Policy". Passport/Driving Licence required as acceptable forms of ID.
- The management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is viewed to be over intoxicated or if their behaviour is detrimental to others enjoying their evening.
